All orders are usually dispatched with 2-3 working days of you placing your order. Please note that in exceptionally busy periods (eg Christmas) it may take up to 5 days. Orders are sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or by Parcelforce 48 hour delivery for heavier orders.

Therefore your order should be delivered within 5 working days under normal circumstances, although we do ask that you allow up to 10 days before contacting us.

We will send you an email to keep you up to date with the status of your order, including dispatch. However, you can check on your order at any time by logging into your account.

We know how important security is when shopping online, which is why our website is protected using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details. Encrypted information, passed from your computer to our web site cannot be read, in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by somebody else.

When entering any sensitive information, you should see a small padlock icon at the bottom of your screen (depending on your browser) and the website address will start with https:// this means that your information is being kept secure.

We are constantly adding more detail to our descriptions, but with over 2000 products this takes a while! So if there is anything you would like to know that we haven't added yet then just let us know. Go to the product you want more information about and click on the 'Ask a Question' link below the picture. Fill in your name and email address (so we can reply to you) and tell us what you would like to know-we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

You may still order products that are out of stock, we will send them out to you as soon as they become available. If you would like an estimated date before you place your order, please send us an email and we will let you know if we have an expected date of delivery.
We will always keep you fully informed of your products' due date and you will always have the option of cancelling. Should you wish to cancel your order at any time (before dispatch), just send us an email and we will give you a full refund.

We have noticed that a few customers appear to be having trouble paying by PayPal recently-if this happens, please let us know in as much detail what has happened. We are working to find out what is causing the problem and with your help we will be able to correct the problem quicker.

You will notice a few changes happening to the MadOli's Gifts website, to enable us to provide you with a better service and more competitive pricing we are changing our product ranges slightly. This includes removing a few product lines from sale, but also adding some exciting new products
